Abstract
|

1) It show that iris Clostridium butyricum the Original population of 3.2\"10/ (g organisms were decreased 2.8 X 10/g which storage in room temperature during 360 days, and storage in 40°C temperature, the organisms were approximately
decreased 2.6 X 107/b
2) In Clostridium butyricum of the controlled a flow temperature in 10°C after 10 days population of 2.5X 105/g, organisms were decreased population of 2.5 X 105/g, organisms were decreased 1.2X103/g which storage in 10°C temperature during 360 days.
3) In the bacterial of just one time controlled group at the high temperature in 80°C, the 2.5X105/g organisms were decreased 1.2X102/g.
